Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Where you see a border around an image, you can "Click" on the image to see larger picture.

Ryan (my son) helped me to prepare this delicious meal. Here are the images and directions on how you can prepare this for yourself:

You can use fresh chicken breasts and pound them flat. We used frozen pre-flattened breasts. Before cooking, you need to marinade them. Above you see them in a stainless steel bowl.
After you have covered them with sauce, place them on the grill. Since these are frozen, you need to close the grill once they have been placed there.
Check back frequently and baste and turn the chicken as you determine that the chicken has browned. Close the lid after each time you baste the chicken. Do not cook too long. You can tell the chicken is done when you can cut into it and the juices run clear.
Once the chicken is done, remove it to a CLEAN plate. Do not use the basting bowl or any other utensil that was used to baste raw chicken!

Time to eat!

See you later,
Uncle Ralph
