Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is shipped with no penalties. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If you cancel an order before it has shipped but it is still shipped, you will not be charged for the order if you provide proof of cancellation.

Refund/Replacement: Orders that are not delivered due to circumstances beyond the control of the recipient will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of Uncle Ralph's Ribs. No refund will be given for a shipment that the shipper verifies as delivered.
