Rib-Rub is applied prior to cooking both to season and to protect meat from the heat of cooking. Uncle Ralph's Rib-Rub is specially formulated to marry with the Uncle Ralph's BBQ Sauce. It may work with other sauces but results may be unpredictable when used with anything other than Uncle Ralph's BBQ sauce.
Each shipment of Rib-Rub includes instructions for applying the rub to meat prior to grilling or roasting.
